Job Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians, office maintenance).
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Manage Bank Insurance, Blanket Banker Bond, Fire Insurance, Plate Glass and Public Liability.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage and control Bank fixed assets.
- Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management.
- Prepare and review all purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Good command of English both written & spoken.
- At least 4-5 years experiences in related fields.
- Sound good in Microsoft word & Excel.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanner.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Be honest, hardworking, fast learning and flexible
- A team player with leadership skill.
