Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians, office maintenance).
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
  • Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Manage Bank Insurance, Blanket Banker Bond, Fire Insurance, Plate Glass and Public Liability.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Manage and control Bank fixed assets.
  • Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management.
  • Prepare and review all purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
  • Other tasks assign by line manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Good command of English both written & spoken.
  • At least 4-5 years experiences in related fields.
  • Sound good in Microsoft word & Excel.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanner.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Be honest, hardworking, fast learning and flexible
  • A team player with leadership skill.
