Job Responsibilities

  • Assess the Business Requirement Documents of all the interfaces, Develop corresponding Functional and Technical Specification Document.
  • Solve any functional issues raised by bank’s business team and provide solutions for both UAT and production issues.
  • Involved in unit testing for the Development of customized enquiries & version as per the business requirement
  • Discussion with business and conduct workshop to identify Gaps. Solution development (Preparing FSD) for T24 customization.
  • Mapping business process flows and identifying the requirements in this context through structured interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Detailing the requirements captured earlier, avoiding duplication and ensuring collaboration with all stakeholders in the project.
  • Writing and executing test cases and test scripts, based on requirements documentation provided by another resource or business user.
  • Responsible for the development, planning, and delivery of a technology development and system integration book of work for Core Banking, Back Office, and Business Process Management applications.
  • Provide an overview guideline for Dress Rehearsal Operation readiness checklist which will going to perform before Go-Live.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Infrastructure and Technology Application teams to ensure that technology operations risks are reduced, and that application data is formatted, regulated, and used appropriately within the business through suitable system design and testing.
  • Work with the Project Manager and Analysts to ensure that system integration test cycles are efficient and to suggest improvements if errors are discovered. This includes supporting all testing cycles (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing) and ensuring that all outputs are aligned with technology development governance.
  • Facilitated issue management meetings and test execution status meetings.
  • Requirement Analysis, SOP Preparation and review
  • Provided regular updates to team leadership on quality metrics, communicating consistency problems or production deficiencies with quality and production leadership.
  •  Developed weekly, monthly, end-of-quarter and other statistical reports, including analysis for leadership team and for quality improvement program outcomes studies
  • Mentoring juniors, Coaching on Process and Training.

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree 
  • 3 to 5-years' practical experience in the position
  • Experience writing and executing test cases and test scripts, based on requirements documentation provided by another resource or business user
  • Should have knowledge of T24.
  • Expertise in preparing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Summary Reports, Test Cases and Test Scripts for Automated and manual testing
  • Should have basic functional knowledge on core banking modules and channels and accounting features/entries.
