Job Responsibilities
- Lead and control all tellers’ daily operation directly and Balance overall cash of the bank at day-end
- Authorized cash and non-cash transaction
- Oversight and assist teller when issues happen
- Maintain Cash-in-use for the branch to meet cash limit.
- Control and keep cash and valuable documents properly follow the guideline or policy
- Respond for training and supporting new recruited tellers
- Provide knowledge to your staff and train them
- Responsible for cash management plan for branch. Make plan for cash flow in an accurate, precisely and ensure that is enough cash for support a branch operation. For unused or remain cash must keep in a safety place
- Manage and check all cash flow in-out processes for customers like: cash withdrawal, cash repayment, cash deposit, cash transfer and other cash expenses… but must follow by the bank rule with accurate manner
- Control and solve all problems appeared and correct it on time. In case that lost or over cash in procession, we must contract to cash management division urgently to solve this problem on time
- Manage and control all data entry in system (if needed)
- Attend to customers' needs and queries on the Bank's services and products
- All other matters ancillary to the above and to perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.
- Do other tasks according to the manager requirement.
Job Requirements
- Hold Bachelor Degree of Finance and Banking, Accounting, or Business Administration;
- At least 3-years experiences in cash handling management of the banks or MFIs;
- Understand about vision, mission, core values, regulations, and other principles of the bank;
- Be a good team player with a sense of responsibility and adaptability;
- Good computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet);
- High proficiency in English knowledge;
- Ability prioritize, multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Skills in managing, communicating, reporting, solving problem, and interpersonal skill;
- High committed, confident and talent to work;
- Ability to understand the banking operations policies and procedures and translate to actions.
