Operations Support Manager

Job Responsibilities

•    Develop operational SOPs to align with all banking products and services.
•    Make sure branches follow SOPs that has been created. 
•    Provide regular training to branches on Operational SOPs and Guideline.
•    Be responsible for setting up workflow process for banking Operations.
•    Be responsible for taking necessary measures to provide the needed support for smooth operation.
•    Ensure the Bank’s credibility is upheld by enforcing professional standard of operating in operation staff.
•    Make sure branches has no operational loss, high risk audit finding and non-compliance. 
•    Conduct process walk through branch by branch at least once a month, to ensure all documentation and process flow strictly follow operational SOPs. 
•    Control and monitor branches on Cash Management, Branch Security, Head Count and other issue. 
•    Review the process flow and propose new ideas for process improvement in order to provide better and more efficient service to customers.
•    Ensure that all branch offices have all of the necessary tools and infrastructure to function properly.
•    Mentor the operations team by observing their daily activities and assisting them in resolving complex issues that arise from operational errors.
•    Manage to release branches staff when needed. 
•    In charge of UAT testing and work with other relevant department that jointly test for any products or services. 

Job Requirements

•    Minimum bachelor’s degree.
•    Experience in banking operations for at least 6 years.
•    Experience in developing SOP or Guideline for banking operations 
•    Understand about vision, mission, core values, regulations, and other principles of the bank.
•    Well understanding on banking operations workflow and process.
•    Well understand on AML/CFT and other compliance issue.
•    Experience in managing people.
•    Good presentation skill 
•    Good computer skills: Microsoft Office.
•    Fluent English (Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening) 
•    Multitask Skill and able to work under pressure
•    Able to travel outside Phnom Penh.
