Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential process/service enhancements, escalate as appropriate, and document suggestions.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward.
- Interact clearly, constructively and positively with all organizational departments to ensure projects are completed effectively and with minimal disruption to planned events.
- Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Assist to monitor and manage bank performance against total operating expense plan via effective planning and cost management.
- Develop a detailed project plan and report to monitor and track progress.
- Assist to develop and maintain an open, honest, and satisfying team environment.

- Perform other tasks as per business requirement as assigned by DHPMO/HPMO.
Job Requirement
- At least Bachelor’s degree or greater in business, management, accounting or finance and banking is desirable.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in banking operations with at least 3 years in a management role within the bank sectors.
- Understand about vision, mission, core values, regulations, and other principles of Bank.
- Be a good team player with a sense of responsibility and adaptability.
- Experience in managing core banking projects and branch renovation/setup
- Good computer literate (Advance Excel, Power Point, Pivot Table, dashboard, email and Internet);
- High proficiency in English knowledge.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to think laterally and creatively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time.
- Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to delegate effectively amongst teams and show commitment to the long-term development of the management team through coaching and mentoring.
