Renovation Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology development, operations, and support
• Assist Property Management Manager on liaising with property owners, contractors, and building occupants on branch expansion and renovation;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors;
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities, and progress reports.
• Perform other tasks as per business requirement as assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

• High proficiency in English/Khmer and Chinese knowledge, can communication with Vendor and stakeholders for the purpose of project and property management.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years, demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, problem-solving, multitasking, and stress management
• Ability to travel and work an unpredictable schedule
• Understand about vision, mission, core values, regulations, and other principles of Bank.
• Be a good team player with a sense of responsibility and adaptability.
• Good computer literate (Advance Excel, Power Point, Pivot Table, dashboard, email and Internet);
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time.
• Be high integrity, accountability, and commitment.
• Self-starter and self-motivation.
• Complex analytical, problem solving & decision-making skill,
• Influential communication & presentation skill.
