Senior Web Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern web development technologies and frameworks (e.g.,PHP, React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wire-frames and prototypes into functional web applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• System Architecture: Participate in defining the architecture and design of web applications, focusing on maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• API Integration: Work with back-end developers to design and integrate Restful APIs and micro-services into web applications.
• Code Quality and Review: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor web application performance and implement enhancements to improve speed, efficiency, and reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and encouraging professional growth within the team.
• Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to contribute to the project's continuous improvement.
• Stay Informed: Keep updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and contribute ideas for continuous innovation within the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong command of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Express) and experience with server-side languages is a plus.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and experience in working with database management systems.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in developing applications for high-traffic, scalable web environments.
• Knowledge of web security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with mobile-first design principles and responsive design practices.
• High proficiency in English knowledge.
