About HH BANK

Heng He (Cambodia) Commercial Bank PLC, hereinafter referred to as HH BANK, was officially incorporated on 1 February 2021 and started operations in March 2021, with its first branch and registered office at Norodom Boulevard. Their activities are based on a vision and core values that support the health and welfare of the Cambodian people.

The bank, although new to the competitive landscape of the Cambodian Financial Industry, entered with four key pillars incumbent for growth and success - namely periodic fresh capital injection to support aggressive loan growth, investment in human capital to attract knowledge, expertise and local experience, building a positive, holistic public image and a large capital investment towards technology and digital capability

HH BANK's goal is to reach the under banked and youth market segments, specifically the 25 to 40 year olds, by being progressive, relevant and digitally focused.
