Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall Branch Operations  Responsible for Loan and Deposit Position at branch as well as branch profit. Budget of Loan and Deposit of Branch
  • Ensure segregation of duties and dual controls are in place in the branch.
  • Ensure dual controls are in place for keys/combination to fireproof cabinets that keep the document related to deposit operations.
  • Ensure that all staff are well-versed with the functions and operations of the system.
  • Authorized cash and non-cash transaction in the branch
  • Relief DBM when she/he is on leave for Daily Branch Operations
  • Ensure the proper maintenance/administration of Branch physical security and surveillance system.
  • Ensure Branch is complied to AML/CFT Policy.
  • Strategize and lead branch to meet branch sale target.
  • Review and improve customer service at branch for better service.
  • Operations & Lending Manager is ultimately responsible for the overall affairs of the Branch. Any cash irregularity and discrepancy at branch will be the responsibility of the Branch Manager Jointly with stakeholders.
  • Immediately report any cash shortage/excess upon detection to Branch Operations Support Unit for onward reporting into the Risk Department.
  • Perform surprise-check at least twice a month on physical cash in vault include teller’s till. Jointly with Finance upon their request.

Job Requirement

  • Holding Bachelor Degree or higher in Financing and Banking, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • At least 5 Years experience in Banking Branch Operations and Sale
  • Understand about vision, mission, core values, regulations, and other principles of the bank
  • Be a good team player with a sense of responsibility and adaptability;
  • Good in networking
  • Good computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet);
  • Ability prioritize, multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • Skills in managing, communicating, reporting, solving problem, and interpersonal skill;
  • High committed, confident and talent to work;
  • Honest and integrity
  • Ability to understand the banking operations policies and procedures and translate to actions
  • Good communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach and train others;
  • Good in written, spoken English and computer skill;
