Job Responsibilities
- Assist to Head of Compliance to develop Policy / Procedure planning
- Assist to Head of Compliance to conduct of compliance testing and monitoring
- Assist to Head of Compliance to prepare the report of the outcome of the compliance testing and monitoring
- Assist to Head of Compliance to detect unusual transaction and filing suspicious transaction to CAFIU
- Assist to Head of Compliance to provide adversary service on governance, and framework
- Assist to Head of Compliance to Administer the AML/CFT system
- Assist to Head of Compliance to enhance compliance knowledge and skill of relevant staff
- Assist to Head of Compliance to develop the compliance report and statistics.
- Assist to keep track of the latest legal and regulatory developments and requirements;
- Assist to promptly advise management of such developments and clearly communicate the compliance requirements and impact to the relevant departments in a timely manner;
- Assist to perform the compliance review into the new product, new activities or new policies or procedures/guidelines;
- Assist to drive compliance requirement into the business process;
- Assist to implement effective compliance risk assessment and control tools, and identifying potential compliance-related breaches in existing policies and procedures and recommending corrective actions;
- Assist to conduct the testing of compliance (framework, governance, and performance) and give remediation action plan for business units;
- Assist to perform the statutory responsibilities of AML/CFT and FATCA;
- Assist to follow-up and track the corrective actions agreed and laid out by Head of Compliance; and
- Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in legal
- At least 2 years experience in compliance from banking / financial industry,
- Full spectrum of banking policy, process, manual, flows and banking activities knowledge,
- Complex analytical, problem solving & decision-making skill,
- Influential communication & presentation skill.
- Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and fluent in Khmer are necessarily required.
- Computer literacy i.e. Khmer and English Typing, Ms Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Good at administrative skills
