Job Responsibilities
- Prepare/check loan documents (English and Khmer) in accordance with credit approvals including Letter of Offer, Facility Agreement, Hypothec Agreement and Guarantee Agreement etc.
- Coordinate/guide/coach and support branch staff to prepare security document/help them to correct mistake.
- Liaise with borrowers and lawyers to execute the documents.
- Monitor and follow up post-drawdown condition/pre-drawdown condition with branch compliance with approved terms & conditions.
- Prepare documents for loan settlement
- Prepare disbursement checklist to ensure the Terms & Conditions is complied
- Ensure safe keeping all the loan securities documents
- To contact customer for insurance renewal, fire and life.
- The recording, deposit and withdrawal of the security documentations properly
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly report for Collateral Listing and Disbursement listing Report.
- Other tasks assign by line manager.
Job Requirements
- Holding Bachelor Degree or higher in Financing and Banking, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Experience in preparing loan agreement and loan drawdown for at least 2 years.
- Understand about vision, mission, core values, regulations, and other principles of the bank
- Be a good team player with a sense of responsibility and adaptability;
- Experience in preparing loan agreement for retail or SME;
- Well, Understanding of loan system;
- Understand loan drawdown process;
- Good computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet);
- Ability to identity counterfeit note
- High proficiency in English knowledge;
