Head of Credit Management

Job Responsibilities

• Designed the Credit Policy/guidelines, analysis the target market with the loan product segments and drive adherence to the Credit Policy/guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the continuous improvement including development and amendment of internal credit guidelines and policies…of the Bank, CBC, NBC or other regulatory in response to changing market conditions or industry outlook.
• Manage and organize the implementation to achieve the Bank’s strategies and business plan including the Department’s budgeting as well.
• Manage Underwriting Team to be responsible for the review of all loans, prevention, and resolution of risks. Check loan application from business team and credit management team for approval or send to higher level for approval based on PTS.
• Manage Loan Recovery Team on NPL strategies to achieve the debt recovery plan as approved by management.  
• Produce brief analytical sheet/standard format for each loan application, Business Plan (BP) including (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Collateral Evaluation, Repayment Capacity …, and then submit to Deputy CEO’s approval or comments to higher level for approval.
• Continuous support on improvement of internal credit control with internal, external audit or other regulatory Units/Inspectors finding for all problems regarding to credit.
• Endorse dashboard indicators that support monitoring of credit exposure levels and establish effective credit risk management frameworks and methodologies, and report management.
• Manage and organize the Department’s recruitment, retention efforts, staff development, work innovation and productivity.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Credit Management, Finance & Banking or relevant.
• Have experience at least 7 years particular MFI/Bank.
• Have initiative idea and analyze the situation deeply.
• Able to assess Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email.
• Understand about vision, mission, core values, regulations, and other principles of the bank.
• Have good relationship and interpersonal skill.
• Have honesty, good healthy, high commitment.
