IT Digital Banking​ Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all technology development, operations, and support on Digital Banking channel,
  • Work closely with internal stakeholder on business requirement scoping,
  • Managing system vendor on system implementation,
  • Work closely with Working Committee and Steering committee on project execution,
  • Devise and establish IT policies and system procedures to support the implementation of strategies pertaining to Digital Banking,
  • Development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures pertaining to Digital Banking,
  • IT compliance guidelines, process for meeting regulatory requirements and operational risk guidelines,
  • Managing Digital Banking risk including identification of risks, tracking of risks and risk mitigation,
  • Ensuring the stability of the Digital Banking IT environment with a robust project development and service management as necessary for support the IT systems, services, and operations, managing changes, incidents and mitigation controls.
  • Head and manage the Digital Banking workstream that includes staff’s job planning and assigning, performance management, discipline, training & personal development.
  • Manpower planning and budget for Digital Banking workstream,
  • Talent acquisition and retention. Recruitment and staffing for Digital Banking workstream,
  • Determine the appropriate level of access to sensitive information,
  • Implement procedures and supervision of employees who work with sensitive information,
  • Policy / SOP planning and development for Digital Banking,
  • Performance management and annual appraisal for Digital Banking workstream,
  • Any duties that may be assigned by the bank from time to time,
  • Managing internal customer satisfaction,
  • Leadership & people management skill,
  • Demonstrate and advocate the Bank’s core values,
  • Complex analytical, problem solving & decision-making skill,
  • Influential communication & presentation skill,
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by Chief  of IT & Digital Banking from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science and related discipline is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Banking Sector.
  • Good track record in delivering Digital Products services like Mobile Banking, Internet
    Banking, Wallets, Self-Servicing Channels, Automated Systems.
  • Have a solid understanding and grasp over Processes Automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply digital solutions to business problems.
  • Proven experience in planning, organizing, and development.
  • Strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team members.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, presentation skills and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver the results within the deadline.
  • Understand about vision, mission, core values, regulations, and other principles of the bank.
  • Have good relationship and interpersonal skill.
