Senior IT Infrastructure & Network Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology development, operations, and support
• System components and data resources that each role needs to access for their job function including level of privilege required (e.g., user, administrator, etc.) for accessing such resources
• Always change all vendor supplied defaults and remove or disable unnecessary default or generic accounts before installing a system on the network.  This includes firewalls, routers, servers, storage devices, wireless devices, etc. that are connected to sensitive data or used to transmit sensitive data.
• Responsible for removing the accounts of individuals that change roles within HENG HE BANK or are separated from their relationship with HENG HE BANK
• Maintain an inventory of Information Systems and related components
• Ensure effective administration of users' computer access to maintain system security, including user account management, auditing, and the timely modification or removal of access
• Detecting unauthorized/illegal activities. Mechanisms besides auditing and analysis of audit trails must be used to detect unauthorized and illegal acts. Rotating Staff in sensitive positions, which could expose a scam that required a Staff member’s presence, and periodic rescreening of personnel help manage risks
• To establish the rules for the access and use of the network infrastructure.  These rules are necessary to preserve the integrity, availability and confidentiality of HENG HE BANK information.
• Ensure that procedures for monitoring use of information processing facilities are established and the results of the monitoring activities are reviewed regularly.
• Determine the appropriate level of access to sensitive information
• Implement procedures and supervision of employees who work with sensitive information,
• Initialization of the audit logs,
• Creation and deletion of system-level objects
• Creation of system level objects must be logged
• In charge takes the development and maintenance of the Disaster Recovery Plan
• Performance management and annual appraisal,
• Any duties that may be assigned by the bank from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT
• At least four years experience in infrastructure and network.
• Flexible with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines within a short turnaround time;
• Ability to work independently and as an effective part of a project team in a high-energy environment.
• Sound good in English communication
• Self-starter and self-motivation.
• Demonstrate and advocate the Bank’s core values,
• Complex analytical, problem solving & decision-making skill,
• Influential communication & presentation skill.
